B: oatmeal w/ apple, cinnamon, some nuts and dried berries, handful of grapes, coffee and hot tea at work L: power greens w/ tuna salad, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, sweet peppers, pickles, and zucchini, greek yogurt w/ blackberries S: orange E: 5-6 mile run - it's finally warm enough to run outside again D: DH is making some chicken and chipotle stew recipe in the crock pot
B: Black Coffee with Condensed Milk. Cereal and Almond Milk L: Yogurt D: Not sure yet. I'm bad at this. E: I will probably hit up the stairmaster for a little bit, change things up a bit. I also need to do a lot of strength training and weights. I have been neglecting big time.
