Tretinoin (Retin A) is hands down the best topical product one can use for antiaging. You have to get a prescription and some people can't use it (like if you are ttc, pregnant, et), but it's worth getting a prescription from the doctor because it will do more for your skin than anything you can buy over the counter.
I agree with Dirty South. Retin A is really the gold standard for antiaging skin care and can actually reduce wrinkles. I have been using it for years every other evening. It's better to start at a low concentration and then move up if you feel you need to but apparently there are now studies out that say that you don't need a high concentration to get benefits.
If you can't do the retin A for some reason, I would try the SKin Actives Vitamin A cream (link: www.skinactives.com/Vitamin-A-Cream-Twilight-Awakening.html). It has a lower concentration of retinoid acid (a derivative of vitamin A) and should do the trick. I've used (and continue to use) many products from Skin Actives and recommend them highly (and no, I'm not affiliated with them in any way. ).
