I'm just coming off a 3-month rest due to a knee injury. I went to PT for a couple of months and I'm still doing the exercises they showed me, but my knee is definitely not 100% better yet. My ortho gave me the ok to start running slowly, but he also said I have some arthritis in my knee.
Has anyone had success using glucosamine and/or chondroitin for their joints? After a 4-month hiatus due to a foot stress fracture last year, and now my knee, I just want to get myself healthy and running again!
