I'm tracking in MFP, if I have enough left at the end of the day I plan to eat some ice cream that DH bought and it has been taunting me in the freezer
B1 (preworkout): MG waffle with PB B2 (postworkout): Greek yogurt with kashi cereal, coffee L: Chicken salad bowl with tabouleh from local Falafel joint, chocolate pudding cup S: Apple with string cheese D: Leftovers, so some mix of chicken tacos, crab cakes, and kale. Lol. E: 4.5 (!!) miles -- took a wrong turn this morning which lengthened my run/walk by 0.65 mi. Lol.
