I saw this post on the app--forgive my lurking. I had mild IUGR with my son and while we ended up with a c/s it was a very wait and see thing. We did bpp's every week and any change in size percentage would have sent me to labor and delivery.

DD had undiagnosed IUGR. At least, from what I can tell and all the research that I did, that's what she had. I mostly blame my (old) OB for not catching it. DD had stopped moving one day (I was in labor that day, but had been in prodromal labor for about 2 weeks prior), so we went in and I needed an emergency c/s because she had late decels, flat tracing, and stopped moving. Kind of the unholy trinity in labor and delivery triage. Good thing, too, since she had pooped inside, had extremely low blood sugar, low coagulation, and was severely dehydrated (they needed to do an umbilical line since they couldn't find a vein good enough to get an IV on her). She also had brain bleeds that caused seizures and she needed to be on phenobarbitol for 3 months. She was in the NICU for a week.
She's completely healthy and growing normally now.
