Since I've been on my early morning exercise routine (6ish wks now?), I've been getting up between 5 and 5:30 in the morning. I'm pretty much OK through the afternoon, but once dinner is done and we're going through my daughter's bedtime routine (8ish), I am SPENT. Like, I've been crashing shortly after DD does, often before 9.
Is this normal? Any tips for lasting another hour? I know I need about 7 hours of sleep, but I'd like to have at least one hour in the evening (or really, all day) to veg/hang out with the husband. Lol.
I get up at 5 most days, and if I lay down on the couch to watch tv or something, I fall asleep by 8:30. I have to actively keep myself awake until 9:30/10.
I work out at 5:30 am as well, and I am usually okay as long as i get about 7 hours of sleep. I try to get into bed by 9:30, but it's 10 most nights. Lights out at 10:30 or so since I read for a bit.
Once I start upping my running mileage though I'll have to start getting up earlier- I am slow!

We usually start the routine of putting the dog out, turning on the dish washer, etc a bit after 9. I'm usually in bed by 9:30 and read for a half hour or so before falling asleep around 10ish. I get up around 6 or so for workouts. I need 7-8 hours to feel well rested and get thru long weeks at work.
My wake up time is because of my son, because he often wakes up at 4:30 not because I am waking up to workout, but I try to be in bed by 9:30 most nights. Some nights right at 9.
I am asleep most nights by 10p, although 1030p seems to be manageable for my 445a wake up.
I think it's normal to be crashing after a long day of exercising, working out, and family time. If possible, maybe take a quick catnap during a break at work to maybe help with that extra hour at the end of the night.
I get up at 5am, I am usually in bed by 9:30pm. I find it a struggle to do much of anything (prep for the next day, pick out clothes, make lunch) after 8:30pm.
I get up around 5:30. I'll start getting ready for bed around 9:00 and aim to be lights out by 9:30. I got in the habit of staying up later over winter break and now I'm having a hard time getting to bed early.
I go to bed at 9 to wake up at 5:30. That still isn't ideal for me, I tend to function best on 9-10 hours of sleep, but I can't go to bed any earlier and get the stuff done at night that I need to.

I get up at five on the week days, and weekends is varies greatly. I am in bed most nights at nine, 10 at the very latest but a lot of times I pass out on the couch around 8:30.
I like to be up by five which usually means bed by 10. Reading this post makes me think I might need I more sleep! However, when I don't leave workn until 6:30 or 7, and then sit in 30 min of traffic, that sounds like a miserable life! All work and no play makes Tuggy a sad girl!
I mean when would would I watch house of cards and scandal...repeatedly? And modern family and Nashville. ..gab is it February yet?!
