I'm going to attempt 12 (ish) miles

On the treadmill. I have some workouts on my phone that my save my sanity. I just can't run outside today at least not 12 miles, it's cold, windy and pouring and I don't want to be freezing today. Either option is not appealing to me

Ugh. I'm sorry. I faced a similar dilemma earlier this week, but I had a much shorter run. At least it will work your mental game. I hope it somehow flies by!

No not at my gym. My treadmill workouts aren't too bad.

Good luck! Somedays are just awful, where cold, freezing wind/rain/snow & boring TM have to face off against each other. When the wind is awful in bad weather I generally retreat to the treadmill. Hope you got your miles in!

I made 7. I started going stir crazy at the end and called it good. So since this was my long run should I just run 5 tomorrow along with my cycling class?

I can barely do 4 without going insane. I hate the treadmill so kudos to you for even getting to 7!

Just getting to 4 is a huge mental feat for me. Great job for getting all the way to 7!
