Getting a little excited about babyniq being ready for a jogging stroller . But most of my regular courses have stop lights and busy streets. Other than joining the masses at Greenlake, and suggestions on where to go running? Preferably West Side or North, but I can make occasional trips to the Eastside.

When I ran with the kids I would usually just stick to my normal running routes that had sidewalks. But some other good options are:
-The Burke Gilman -The road that goes through Interlaken Park (that is closed to traffic for a good part of it) -Discovery Park (they have the loop trail which is unpaved but a great 2.8 mile run, or the closed roads) -The Ship Canal trail that runs from Ballard to Fremont on the south side of the Ship Canal (I've run across the locks, down to the Fremont Bridge on that trail, across the bridge, then back on the Burke Gilman) -The Arboretum -Chesiahud Lake Union Loop -Myrtle Edwards Park and the Elliot Bay Trail (the trail runs up through the park, leaves the park at the north end and runs all the way out to the Magnolia Marina)
Burke Gilman! We love walking from Log Boom Park to Lake Forest Park for breakfast on Sunday mornings, I'm guessing that's not long enough for a run but it's usually pretty quiet.
ETA: I hate the interurban trail, I always feel like I'm getting radiation poisoning from the constant power lines. I realize this is crazy.
