I highly recommend taking a class before using it at home. The videos are great, but it's best to have an instructor and lots of mirrors to make sure the little details of your form are good in order to prevent injury.

Also, more than likely you're going to need two, at two different weights, to get much good out of it. The instructor will help you choose those weights, too.
I teach a class and can recommend some workouts to you to do at home, but I too suggest going to a class or two, or hiring someone, to teach you how to perform the different exercises.
So, you know how to do swings, clean and presses, and what else?
One of my favorite workouts is a ladder 1 swing R(ight hand) 1 clean and press R 1 forward lunge R same for left rest 1' (this will seem easy... for now)
2 of each R (do 2 swings, then 2 C + Ps, then 2 lunges) 2 of each L rest 1'
