Hey Ladies -
I am {mostly} shamelessly plugging here. I just got back from a week in Park City with Columbia Sportswear as part of their blogger/social media group. It was incredible. We finished off the week with a two day challenge called the OmniGames. Basically 30 of us were broken into teams of two when challenged with anything from making fire to finding an avalanche beacon to a ropes course. The final challenge is storytelling. They have not given us a ton of details on what they are looking for but I have a strong feeling the promotion and sharing of our stories is important.
Which is why I'm here...humbling asking for as much social media love as possible for upcoming posts. I'll keep all links in this post and I swear I won't get annoying with this!
If you could include the @columbia1938 handle in any tweeting that would be fantastic!
Oh, and why am I reaching out to promote as much as possible? Because a week long trip to Jordan is on the line. Yea, the country Jordan. I kind of want to go and my team points have us right on the line!

kams -- any sharing on FB with a reference to the Columbia Page would also be great. Or commenting on my blog post would also show community involvement!
pixy0stix -- if you can tweet, FB, reddit, whatever you want that would be fantastic - and direct reference back to Columbia would also catch their eye! Any community involvement would be stellar!
We got points from 9 other challenges (stories will come out soon in posts, but think summer camp) and every thing depends upon our ability to tell stories! Talk about a long week of suspense!

Commented and tweeted. You might consider making it so that the Twitter share button at the bottom of your post includes your handle automatically - lets you reply to people who share your posts more easily, plus most people these days want (or should want!) to give credit. I added it manually in this case, but usually I am too lazy for that.
Hey emilyinchile -- do you know if there is a way to do that with the Publicize/JetPack plugin? Its what I'm using now.
But yes, great point! I should definitely have that in there! Thanks! And thanks for commenting and sharing!
No clue, sorry. I use Shareaholic, which does give you the option. I feel like if they don't give you the option it's time to change plug-ins because that's a pretty basic feature!

Agreed. I used to have shareaholic but didn't like how "in your face" it tended to be. I may be plugin searching later today!
