I had a deep tissue massage on Monday night and yesterday went out for a 5 mile run (ran around an 8:25 pace). During the run I noticed some inner groin pain in the back of my right leg- near my butt. I finished my run and foamrolled but I have had nagging pain since last night. I heated and iced the area.
It hurts to lift my leg - I noticed this while trying to put pants on this morning. I'm already thinking I need to rest today and not run but not sure what to do about this. Anyone experience this?
