For those of you who have been to Roatan, I have some questions!
- How did you get there? - Where did you stay and would you recommend it? - What activities did you do there? - What was your favorite thing and least favorite thing about it?

I've been to Roatan three times and it is a great island, however it isn't for everyone. -It is really easy to fly directly to Roatan from either Houston or Atlanta on United or Delta. I would recommend this I've gone through the main land and it can be a pain, it also takes much longer. - I've stayed at Marble Hill Farms, which is a very small dive op on the east end of the island and loved it met tons of locals and had the place to ourselves pretty much. I've also stayed at Anthony's key much bigger operation closer to West End and a bit too big for me- it is more developed and has an all inclusive feel. - if I didn't scuba dive I would not go to Roatan it is the best part of the island. There are other things to do nature preserves, a zip line, some beaches, bars and nightlife etc. - Roatan is awesome, low key, and relaxed, but it is a lesser developed country there are frequent power outages, you can't drink the water, the sand fleas can be BRUTAL. If you like easy diving, meeting people from everywhere, and a relaxed pace it is a great place to visit.
