Hi! I was MIA for a little while and I have 2 things to report: 1) I think with two visits with my counselor, I am on the right track to getting better (re: suspected bulimia); she is of the opine that I do not have bulimia but EDNOS, but no matter, it is good to have name and a tx plan.
2) I did a run/walk (a lot of walk) of 3 miles yesterday (which I never complete the whole three miles.) AND...(I feel so official) I chafed! lol. I discovered a hole in my running capris (have had them for 2 years.) I am ordering a new pair tonight, and possible some type of body glide. (Is there another brand other than legit body glide?)
I have a race that I am running 1/25, and I am so excited.
I will probably post and run b/c one of my twins tossed her cookies tonight and she is acting normal now, but...yeah. You never know. Not to mention neither one of them will keep their hands out of their mouth or nose or stop touching each other.
