I am an H&F fail today - haven't run in 2 days and stuffed myself with brownies last night and huge donuts today - ugh:(
B: oatmeal w/ blueberries - 1 huge donut L: egg fritatta, greek yogurt w/ some granola and fruit - more donut D: spinach stuffed chicken E: easy 2 mile run probably on the TM b/c it's snowing like crazy out
B: yogurt with cereal, tea L: salad with chicken, oil and lemon S: carrots and hummus D: out--seafood stew, salad, cocktail S: popcorn at the movies E: none, scheduled rest day. Maybe some rolling.
B: protein smoothie L: Panera greek salad with shrimp D: not sure, possibly veggie pizza S: mixed nuts, sbucks skinny vanilla latte, then later tonight some red wine with TJ's almonds covered in dark choclate/sea salt/turbinado sugar- an amazing combo!
E: bodyweight strength training (you are your own gym video - intermediate ladders)
