When did you get start getting that feeling like it was hard to breathe at times due to your belly? I am talking about the feeling where if you just lean forward so your belly hangs down, you get relief and feel better. For some reason, I usually didn't feel this way until 3rd tri with my other pregnancies, but this time, I already feel that way. And I guess its not socially acceptable for me to sit in my office on my hands and knees
Maybe a month ago? So around 30 weeks? It seems to have got better lately, maybe the baby has dropped.
You give me hope, LOL!
I was really suffering around 30 weeks. I could barely sleep for feeling like I couldn't take a proper breathe. For some reason, minty tictacs really helped me. I know it sounds weird but I was downing them in bed every night.

I haven't really gotten that feeling, but probably b/c I'm tall and I have a long bump. I think it depends a lot on the baby's positioning. Maybe get on all fours and try to coax baby into a more comfy place?

I am tall and have a long bump too, so maybe I am just lucky?

Dang - your babe must like to stretch out! My MIL says DH used to push out her ribs with all his might.

So far the only time I really feel like that is when I am in the car ands little more hunched over than normal. I do think the baby is a little lower than most.
it got bad around 30w. sitting anywhere that i can't recline a little bit is pure torture. i felt some relief when he flipped head down instead of breech, but it's gotten worse again as he's continued to grow.
I've been getting an uncomfortable fullness in the evenings, but no shortens of breath associated with it (yet). Leaning forward definitely helps -- I usually kneel on the floor and lean forward draping my arms over an exercise ball to let my bump hang down. It helps some.
