My ankle is tendinitis. The swelling and bruise of the "bone" is from the capsule being so inflamed, which probably came from running on such a cambered road during the marathon (after avoiding camber like the plague).
So for now, elliptical. No squats or other closed chain lifting. She says I should heal quickly since I've been off it this past week.
Guess I better heal quickly, since I only have elliptical access until Sunday!
