F- 2.5 miles S-8 miles on stationary bike S-foam rolling and chiro; planned to run but had to clean because mom decided to spend the night M-planned 3 mile run and legs
Fri - 2 hours of cleaning, 2 mile run Sat - 30 mins elliptical, 1 mile run on TM, 1/2 mile walk Sun - rest but I waked 3 miles shopping, it made my hamstring and groin really sore:( I've been icing tonight.
Friday: nearly fell asleep waiting for DH, so noting Saturday: 12 mile run. It hurt but it seems like every run I get a little faster! Sunday: 2500 yard swim
Friday: None, usual day off Sat.: 10 mile mtb ride (it was so cold I couldn't get warm. I called it a short ride.) Sunday: 40 mile road ride Monday: (no work) 30 mile gravel grinder
I'm planning to probably take a week off running. It will at least be a few days until my legs can function enough to carry me through a run. I'll reevaluate later this week to see what I feel like doing. I have a half in late March, so I'm not under super pressure right now to be training for anything in particular.
Yesterday I did a 20k run, but it was more of a run/shuffle.
It was super warm on Saturday so all the snow melted onto the trails and then froze overnight. By yesterday morning, there were large patches of black ice everywhere.
