B: oatmeal w/ raspberries, blackberries and some dried cranberries, coffee and hot green tea L: mixed greens w/ baked salmon, peppers, & snap peas, greek yogurt w/ berries S: apple? E: elliptical and maybe rowing machine - I have to rest today from running but I ran 3.5 miles yesterday with very minimal pain:) D: cauliflower pesto pizza, salad
