I had a granola bar for a late breakfast, and a small PB&J for an early lunch since I had to run out for an interview. I'm thinking of going out to get another sandwich or a cup of soup or something.
I have to eat lots of veggies and fruit (also doing WW) to keep me full. Otherwise all I can think about by 2pm is cake. Cake-ity cake cake. With frosting. And sprinkles. And chocolate ganache filling. Seriously. But if I fill up on raw veggies and fruit with my lunch, I am able to avoid images of delicious gateaux dancing through my mind.

Drink more water. 0 points.
Eat more power foods - hummus with celery 3 points, Fiber One bar 3 points.
If you really need some snacks that taste like non-diet food - Little Debbie 100 calorie Nutty Bars - 3 points, Pringles 100 calories packs - 3 points.
I would be starving if I ate that too. Cereal does nothing for me and I never find it filling. I have to start my day with a load of protein, either a protein shake, eggs, greek yogurt, or something along those lines..
