I have one friend who was Smith '03, but no other SS friends (besides Barnard girls). You've seen the Simpsons video, I assume? I can't find it online now unfortunately.

My BMB, ages ago, in a GTKY, had a 'which sorority were you in' thread but when I asked about Seven Sisters I got crickets. XD
LOL it's like one huge sorority! Most people still have no idea what they are
Do the Smith & Holyoke alumnae have more loyalty to the Seven Sisters or the Five Scooby Colleges?
My BFF went to Hampshire
Speaking for myself, I definitely feel more affinity towards other Seven Sisters, particularly the ones that are still single sex. (Vassar not so much.) There's a shared history and experience there that is different and deeper than the one between the Five Colleges.
What house were you in? I was in Chapin for 3 years, and then HR of Hubbard my senior year.
I was in Parsons for 3 years and then Friedman my senior semester. Big Yellow Barn, now gone.
Dude. Hubbard, I spent nights at Hubbard sometimes. A friend of mine was in there, Jane Y.
I was there in 98. Did you know our HR? Jane Valentine?
Hmm, I thought Francesca F was HR of Parsons that year. But I have a terrible memory. But if you were originally an 02, we wouldn't have had any overlap, as the first years my senior year would have been 01s.
Did they definitely discontinue using Parsons? I wasn't quite clear on that. If so, I wonder what they're doing with it, if anything.

Huh. I could've sworn I was there with 98ers. It's been so long.
That's what I heard, that they're using it until the people there graduate out. But there hasn't been an update on it in a while. It's a pretty rickety building, the main house at least. The Annex was nice. Some of the largest singles on campus.
I had a friend who had an awesome single in the Annex. My HR room was way bigger than any apartment I ever rented. It totally spoiled me for post-college life. Well, most of my Smith experience did. I totally cried when leaving campus for the last time after graduation.
Going there was the single best decision I ever made in my life. I hope my daughter will consider it in 17 years (not that I'll be able to afford to send her there!)
