I'd go back to Japan. I nerdgasm'ed when I went to the Namco tower in Kyoto, and the electronics (Akihabara) district in Tokyo was awesome.

ETA: Crap, I forgot the part where you said the US. I would go to Universal in FL to go to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter

My DH and I went to SDCC last year. I would love to go to FL to Wizarding World. Some friends of ours took a road trip a couple summers ago where they visited roadside attractions and odd museums. I think that would be a really fun trip.

The most nerdy place I want to visit is the future birth place of Captain Kirk in Iowa but that's not very fun for a whole vacation. There is this hotel that I would totally love staying at:
