I'm so happy. tiny little tears and a funky shaped heel bone combine to create inflammation spots, which aren't going to tear anything. Just need to find the magic combo of maintenance, whether that's mileage, frequency, or intensity. So basically I start over, and see what it is that sets it off.
He said he thinks flexibility and strength are going to be really important, which I knew. And the boot is an option if it gets bad (like wear it for a week to calm it).
