No exercise today - couldn't drag myself out of bed this morning.
And btw, my planned eating yesterday was a sham. I ended up coming home to a dinner of nachos. And I had a big, delicious chocolate chip cookie.
B: egg whites w/ cheese, piced of ww toast, 1/2 grapefruit, coffee, hot green tea at work L: mixed greens with tuna, cherry tomatoes, pickles, sweet peppers, & snap peas, greek yogurt w/ berries D: chimmichurri flank steak w/ butternut squash, small salad, and roasted brussel sprouts E: I have after school meetings and I ran yesterday - 4 miles:, so I'm not allowed to run today - maybe elliptical at gym
* DH talked me into Indian last night and I'm dehydrated and bloated today, ugh:(
B: Freshly juiced Apple, Carrot, Grapefruit Juice L: Soup D: a struggle. It's one of my BIL's bday tonight. There will be cake involved E: Legs and Core.
B: Bagel with PBJ, coffee L: Egg salad with veggies on spinach wrap, fruit S: Apple with string cheese D: TBD; chicken and veggies are on the menu, but I decided to do Body Pump after work (6:30-7:30) so we'll see
