The one girl is so beautiful. Like, it hurts to look at her pretty.
I know and is one of those rare finds where I think she really does not realize how pretty she is. Her fiance scares me a little, I could see him becoming quite possessive of her.

Yep.
YES! Just hoping that they won't become the subject of a 48 hours mystery.

which one are you all talking about? what's her name?
Aziza seems so unhappy. And yes, I do think she has some sort of eating disorder. I also felt really skeeved out by her fiancé pressuring her for sex. He is totally fucking creepy.
ALSO…. Did you know that there is a 5th couple named Alina ( from Krasnyi Luch, Ukraine) and Len (from Scottsdale, Arizona) whose story is exclusively on tlc.com?

re: aziza -- i feel really awful for cleveland. he seems really nice, and if he wasn't so unconfident and dumb, he'd be a solid catch. i mean, dude, all of your friends and family see it, he is lying to himself. their sex encounter was perhaps the most awkward thing i have ever watched. she does not seem in to him even a little bit. ugh. and the whole food thing? it's really sad and bizarre. but fascinating.
I agree, Paola is the best! Aziza's food thing is weird, but it's also weird that he keeps pushing her to eat. Why would you take her to a wedding menu tasting if she doesn't like to eat in front of people? Or why would you let your mom make a whole meal without mentioning that your fiance doesn't like to eat in front of people? It's not like this is new information.
All the guys seem nice, and I feel bad for the ones who might be getting scammed.

The whole scene made me uncomfortable and took me back to days when a guy is seriously trying to kiss you or something and you want no part. ugh
apalettepassion.wordpress.com/ WHO IS BONQUIQUI!?!?!?!??!
"I was thinking about getting off on demand, but it sounds like I should be glad that I didn't"

my only conclusion is that aziza treats the food thing like she treats the sex thing. expressing interest when the situation is not immediate and then, when it is immediate she retreats. sort of like a mechanism to keep people from confronting her about it, you know? so, she tells clevland that she will go with him to his mom's house for dinner but then when she's there, the anxiety kicks in and she can't make herself do it.
That's a really good point. The sex thing was weird too - she doesn't want to sleep with him until she sees some girls "flirting" with "her man"? It definitely speaks to doing things on her own terms.
Like his dad pointed out, her English is quite good for someone who was online to meet an English tutor. I wonder if his Russian is as good as her English?
