I took a long lunch today to get my mid-week long run in, because it was 37 degrees and I needed to take advantage of this "warm" weather. Since when is 37 warm??
It was really warm this morning (like upper 30's, lol) Unfortunately it has gotten cold and windy since then. We hit our high of the day at 9am. I'm doing my long run Thursday, and it doesn't look too bad (again high of 30) My how times have changed.
Haha, right there with you. I'm really looking forward to later this week when temperatures hit 30. We're gearing up for more FRIGID weather on Tuesday and Wednesday this week in Ohio.

Yup, I'm with ya. I just got back from a run in our 30 degree (feels like 17) windy weather, because I know I'm sure as hell not heading outside when it's single digits tomorrow morning.

It's 60 f-ing degrees here and I have to run on the treadmill today because I don't have child care. Tomorrow it's supposed to be a high of 31 and snowing. I may be stuck in the house until Thursday.

I'm dreading leaving work and walking to my car. I haven't been outside since my run, but it just looks cold.

Yep I looked at my phone and the week forecast yesterday and they are saying mid to high 30s both days and I thought to myself, maybe I'll get 2 runs in this weekend since it will be so nice out.

It's crazy how the frigid cold warps our perception! Now the 20s feel "not bad" and the 40s they're calling for this weekend is going to be heat wave!!
Clearly I'm warped now- I am jealous of the 30 degree weather! I went out this morning and it was 1 degree out. I was thinking about 1/2 mile in that I made a mistake, but I was fine. Glad to get home, but fine. I loved the looks I got from people taking their garbage down to the curb as I ran by. "who is this crazy person running at me in a hood with a blinking light on their chest?"
