M-chiro and abs T-legs and chiro W-3 miles and yoga R-either Zumba or cycle; chiro F-3 miles and upper body; maybe yoga S-1mile and cycle; chiro S-rest

What are you training for? Date? 24-Hour Relay Swim in the Bay. February 8-9.
Training plan for the week? Masters MW, Cold-water acclimation swims Sat-Sun.
Injuries, Issues, vents? No injuries or issues. Getting my base back has been harder than ever before. Swimming just feels HARD at the moment. Hopefully my shoulders will loosen up soon.
Highlights from last week? None, I was sicker than sick.
RnR DC half marathon, 3/15; Cherry Blossom 10-miler, 4/6

Highlights from last week? My co-workers who are also doing the RnR DC half have been great at motivating me to eat better and run consistently, despite the cold and my desire to munch on all kinds of junk. Yay for running friends!

I usually don't get to reply to this topic, but today is a snow day!! I'm training for the Augusta Half on 2/24. This will be my second half, and it's the same race I ran last year.
My plan for this week is: T: 3 miles W: 5 miles pace Th: 3 miles Sat- cross Sun-10 miles I normally do my long runs on Saturday, but there's a local running group doing a 20 miler on Sunday with water along the route. I figured that was the perfect opportunity to jump in and not run alone.
My highlight from last week was my 9 miler on Saturday. I ran a new route suggested by a friend, and I loved it! It was completely sidewalked, safe, and had the perfect balance of flats and hills. My sweet hubby helped me put out water along the way, and met me at the end if the route which happened to be at a beautiful local Rapids Park! My time was great, too!
I'm so excited to say that I have no injuries to report. This time last year I was experiencing terrible IT pain, and never made it past 10 miles in my training. My calves are sore, but I just roll them out and they're fine. What do you ladies think about calf sleeves? They're pretty expensive, do I want to make sure they are worth it.
