Going to start posting again because I need to be more responsible with my eating.
B: 2 eggs and quinoa bread L: ? D: fake general tao's chicken (cut up sauteed chicken, no breading) with snap peas and brown rice E: yoga in the morning, 2 miles on the TM and legs
B: oatmeal w/ apple, cinnaon, and some nuts and dried berries, coffee and hot tea at work L: kale w/ grilled chicken, pickles, mushrooms and hot sauce, greek yogurt w/ berries S: apple or granola bar D: we had soup last night so we will have the braised beef over polenta tonight w/ side salad E: I ran yesterday so yoga tonight
E: Jillian Michael's kettlebell shred-it workout, shoveling my driveway B: scrambled egg, part of a cornbread muffin, lots of coffee! L: TBD D: black bean & rice taco salad
B: Crock Pot steel cut oats S: Half an apple L: Leftover homemade gnocchi and cream pesto sauce S2: Jello w/mandarin oranges (I know horrible but we bought them for DS and he won't eat them and I hate wasting food) D: Trying to decide if I want to make beef curry or beef stew. Have some beef thawing in the fridge for dinner.
