1. A generic women's one-a-day with Fe and Ca2+ 2. "General insurance" plus a little extra iron helps me pass the Fe test for blood donation. 3. No, but I wasn't looking for one.
I take Futurebiotics Hair, Skin, and Nails multi vitamin. I also pretty regularly use vitamin C tablets in my water during the winter to steer off the sickies.
I'd like to know because I was at the store last night and could not decide if I needede fish oil, CoQ10 or Biotin for skin. Also, I remembered a friend of mine takes gummy vitamin C supplements that she raves about and couldn't remember the name of them. So...
1. What do you take?
2. What is it for?
3. Have you seen or felt a difference?
I take:
Multi: just to make sure I get everything I should be getting.
Calcium: every woman should take calcium citrate + D!!! My bone density is awesome.
Cranberry: for urinary health; I have noticed a difference.
Fish oil: because I'm a crossfitter, and to get extra Omega 3s. No idea if it works or not.
Iron: my hemoglobin falls below normal when I don't take an iron supplement. With this, I stay at the low end of normal (13.5 - 13.8 or so).

I take a Natures Made prenatal with DHA - because my Dr. says every woman in their reproductive years should, and it was one of the more cost effective ones I could find. I was surprised about it's lack of Calcium though.
A probiotic - it has had a positive affect on my indigestion. I used to get wicked indigestion and had the need to burp all the time, but its a very rare occurrence now.
Finest Nutrition Hair, Skin and Nails - I was actually just looking for something with additional vitamin B12, E and A, and was happy that it had additional calcium and vitamin C as well. It does make my skin and nails more healthy.
Edit: Now that my diet is so much better, I'm probably just making really expensive pee, and I could cut back on the vitamins...
I take Nature Made multivitamin for women I also take extra Vitamin D, per my doctor's instructions The only difference I've noticed is that my Vit D levels are now in the normal range.
