Who's done it? Between the crappy weather and the fact that I've been to the gym all of twice since I had AJ in July, I've got to change something up. So I'm thinking about trying one of the Beachbody DVDs like Insanity or T25. If you've done them, what did you think? What kind of equipment is involved? We have very little room in our family room (which is where I'd be working out) so at the most I want something with some hand weights and a resistance band or something equally minimalist.
I am in the second week of T25. And I really like it. I am not one to be disciplined to work out at home, but these workouts go really fast. You need a band for some workouts, but that is all.

I have a teeny tiny living room and was able to do insanity no problem. I just moved the coffee table off to the side, which left me about 5.5 feet by maybe 8 feet to work with. It was plenty. With insanity you need a little room side to side to do suicides and walking push ups. Insanity was intense, and a commitment if you want to follow the work out schedule. I did the 60 days and now I use the videos as a part of my work out routine, mixing it in with other things.
The second half of Insanity was really hard on my knees. I can't say for sure that it was the second set of DVDs that had that much more jumping than the first set, or if the routine just didn't give my joints enough rest time to heal.
