I have been poking around a bit and posting here and there, but I thought I would go ahead and make a real intro. Taratru reminded me of this board a couple of weeks ago, but I am just now making my way over.
I am primarily a runner, but I do lift weights and do yoga as well. I typically run 8-10 races every year, with certain staple races and then some others as they come. My next planned race is a 5k on 2/8, but I am kind of thinking of jumping in to a 5k this Sunday.
