I had to borrow runners (long story, sigh), and I got a nasty blister on my pinky toe. Tomorrow I'm just cross training (probably some stairs and bike), and Saturday I swim, but Sunday I'm back on the perpetual loop that is the dreadmill. Is there anything I can do to speed the healing or cushion it or whatever? TIA!
Clean a safety pin or needle with alcohol and then just poke it. It shouldn't hurt if you just get it in the top skin layer. Then kind of push/dab with tissue until all the fluid is out.
