My kids want nothing to do with me

Unless I am on the foam roller, then it's the more, the merrier. Now my daughter is whacking my son on the head with it.

Kids love that thing. DD2 gets so mad when I use the stability ball, "MY Ball. MINE."

The best is when DD lays on my legs while I am rolling them out. The extra weight makes it amazing.

My dog loves it when I am stretching, foam rolling, doing yoga, etc.  Basically anytime I am sitting on the floor he thinks I want to play with him.

Yes!!! Dd wanted to roll with me and give me sips of water for my entire session today! It was sweet, but come on girl!

DS gets excited when I mention I have to stretch. "Do you need your foam roller, Mommy? I'll get it for you! Do you want me to help you with it?"

CallingAllAngels When he was younger it was great, because he'd sit on my legs and I'd get that extra stretch. Now that he's 50 inches and over 50 lbs, it's more like an abs/arms workout to keep us both up.

Yes, ugg. My kids balance on it one minute and then hit each other with it the next minute. It is so fun to foam roll!

DH took this last week. I was done foam rolling and just doing some stretches. Can't get on the floor without being tackled. Note the dog toy placed next to me.

this is great! It's basically what I looked like this afternoon, except with kids instead of dogs.

My dogs think "downward facing dog" means "person is downward facing the dog." My she-pup crawls under me and licks my face.

It's just the thing when I'm having a bad day. It makes me laugh every time.
