A recap: We were cheap, and picked a crappy vendor to reformat the message boards. We didn't listen to all of your feedback when we rolled out the new format on the local boards. Now that everybody left the national boards, we're looking into it with our vendor. No, we will not abandon our crappy vendor and the new format- but we may expect a couple of the issues to be fixed in the next few months. Deal with it people! Oh if you have any issues, please send email me. That way you feel like you are being heard, when in actuality it is a fake email address I never check.

I would like to know why they are still working with this vender when they obviously suck.
I 100% believe the vendor is a preteen nephew of a knot executive.
Yeah, I'm pretty much over people blaming their lack of planning and proper resource allocation on those mystical, magical IT problems. I giggle when I read their posts about the issues, because I've seen mentions of "our IT department" and "our CTO" and I can't help but picturing a monkey in a funny hat and an oversized office chair.
