I have been posting on and off for a little bit, but wanted to lurk to figure out the "etiquette" of the board.
I have been an active runner again, for a little over four years. I was an active runner before having kids, but stopped when I was pregnant with my oldest, who is 9. After I had second 5 years ago, I started running again for sanity. It was my only "me" time and I needed it. Even sleep deprived and running on empty, running gave me back me.
Anyway, I run usually 3 times a week. I run in races maybe once a month. My first race since highschool/college was in 2010 and I have been hooked since. The More half was my first half marathon and even though I hated all of central park (I am convinced the whole damn park is uphill) I loved it as well.
