Same as every other day lately...30-45 minutes of cardio intervals, plus my physical therapy (20 minutes of upper body - mostly shoulder - work, twice per day).
Good news is the shoulder is rehabbing really well and I might actually get out of this rut soon!
I had 12 scheduled for Sat (fall back week)...I only made it 6...my shins were killing me, my running partner bailed..15 min after she was supposed to meet me and my planned route was still covered in snow and ice...
On top of everything else we are moving today, so I was stressed about packing and then getting back to make a showing for a new house..it just wasn't in the cards for me this weekend
