I haven't seen a post on this before and would love some advice. I am meeting a pediatrician my neighbors recommended tonight at an open house. I'm a ftm and baby is due in a few weeks. What type of questions should I ask and/or what information should I look for?

We asked:
- about their vaccination policy (we preferred a practice that didn't see patients who don't vax for religious/"philosophical" reasons) - their hours (wanted at least some weekend and evening hours) - could we call/email after hours with questions and get an email/call back - was it easy to get a same-day sick appointment
We also took note on whether they had separate sick/well waiting areas when we visited.
I looked for a practice with multiple doctors and a readily available nurse line.
I also looked for a practice that had basically zero wiggle room from the AAP vaccination schedule.
This.
Also, dumb, but their waiting room is cool. It is much easier to occupy a sick child when he can watch cartoons and look at a fishtank and LED constellations in the ceiling.
We were looking for a doctor that would include us in decision making (or at least make us feel like we were included). Asking questions and having knowledge about our child before he/she started telling us we needed to be doing this or that without taking the time to get background information.
