1. I was up all night last night with the GI bug from hell.

2. Crossing everything that E doesn't get this.

3. I got her off to school and her dad was picking her up tonight.

4. I slept most of the day and still feel so exhausted and achy.

5. I will be home again tomorrow and hopefully not spreading this to anyone at work.

6. I hope the Olympics go off without any major situations. I would be a bit nervous to be there.

7. I hope everyone is having a good week!

1. It is Wednesday.

2. I have a cold. I was hoping to dodge it, but my nose is runny, my throat is scratchy, and my eyes are watery.

3. I would have called in, but I have to leave early tomorrow for parent/teacher conferences and Friday to let our sitter go since the kids aren't in school and our sitter has to leave at 2:30. Not to mention I need to call out next Friday since the kids don't have school.

4. It took me an hour to got the 6 miles between the kids' school and my work this morning. Lovely.

5. I stopped at Starbucks this AM with the kids. Yum.

6. I have 3 hrs of meetings today. I might fall asleep. zzzzz.

7. My co-worker had a baby girl yesterday. While I have no intention/desire to have a 3rd, I do miss that initial excitement!

8. L slept miserably last night. Hence, I slept miserably last night.

9. I've read about this sleeping rooms that are pitch black, with sound machine, and the perfect temp. That sounds awesome.

10. Every school district around us was closed or on a 2 hr delay. But not us, we were on time. That elicits both a yay and a boo.
