You should be able to find the full manual online (bigger than the little QuickStart guide that probably came with your garmin). But, yea, ditto on checking out dcrainmaker's in depth review to learn more tricks.
I got the 220 right about when you got your 210 and have only gotten about as far as you have in figuring out how to use it!
I don't really know what to do with all the data, but I love comparing today's run to the last one. How are my split times compared to the last time I ran the same route, for example.

I agree with the recommendations for dcrainmaker's review. I read it for the 220 review and found so many cool functions, not that I've used them. But I was able to set up all my alerts for paces and such before race day last week. If only I had figured out how to shut off the sounds before then my fellow runners would've been happier.
Do you have a Garmin Connect account online? If not, go ahead and register for one. I upload my Garmin data via Bluetooth, so if you want to do that, you'll need to turn the Bluetooth on.
Part of my problem is that I use chrome for my main browser, and it apparently doesn't play well with Garmin Connect. I finally got twitter to work. Now off to see what else I can figure out.
