Looking for a gift for H's cousin--he's an avid runner and has been for years. We've gotten tech gear for the past few holidays so we want to do something different. We don't want to do a gift card or race registration b/c we're already doing that for the other part of his gift. I came across Runnerbox and StrideBox and I'm wondering if anyone has feedback.

I can't speak to Runnerbox but so far I've found the StrideBox to be worth it. There's usually a good mix of product samples and it's definitely things I would not be able to find locally or would not have bought online since I would have to buy a larger amount and what if the stuff sucked? My opinion might be a little different if I lived in a bigger city with more options available to me but with the closest LRS still a 45 minute highway drive away, the stridebox has been a pretty good deal.

Thisiis helpful! The cousin lives in a somewhat rural area so he might like having all of these samples at his doorstep.

I agree with this. I have a LRS nearby, but it doesn't carry that many fuel options. Through StrideBox, I've been able to try some things that I've been interested in but unable to find locally (and didn't want to buy a case of online without trying it first), and there have been things I've never heard of in them, too. I like being able to try new stuff!
