Of course I can't bend my finger or make a fist but the doctor says I can do any activity that I please. He did not think that a triathlon in a couple of months would be too far fetched.

I do have a removable brace to wear for a few more weeks but I'm so excited to wash my hair with two hands.

I do have a removable brace for the next 4 weeks. He showed me how to work on range of motion at home for now and after my final x-Ray in a month we will discuss physical therapy. I don't see how it would be optional based on the compete lack of mobility in the finger now. But we will see how the next few weeks go.
