E: c25k, core and upper body. Oh and lots of housework.
B: oatmeal w/ apple, cinnamon, and dried fruit and nuts, coffee w/ stevia and unsweetened almond milk, hot tea at work L: mixed greens w/ tuna, pickles, peppers, snap peas, tomatoes, and celery, small piece of chocolate S: greek yogurt w/ berries E: my first CrossFit workout D: no clue
Have fun! My friends have been easing me in--once a week they lead an office crossfit class which is 30 minutes of exercises they do from crossfit. My goal is to start March 1 officially, I cannot wait/I am terrified!
