Help cutting down/out coffee creamer

I'm no help because creamer is one thing I'm bad with. I will mention rumchata is pretty awesome in coffee although it may be frowned upon if used before work.

I use a coconut milk creamer. Favors are limited, plain, vanilla and hazelnut. They're good and 10 cal per Tbl.

S/O coffee mate natural bliss creamer -
Last time I looked at the ingredients on the container it listed "natural flavors." WTF is that supposed to be?

I ran out of it one day and was too lazy to go to the store. I drank it black and hated it but my laziness won out and then I realized I was breaking out from the dairy. Now I like it black.
