What say you? Today is the day. I don't have my running sneakers yet, but I need to get started. I just haven't had time to get to the running store yet. Soon. But I need to start while I have the itch!
I used runkeeper and made my own custom workouts to coincide with the PDF version available on the "official" c25k website. I like the runkeeper tracking and it was easier than opening 2 programs for the run plus my music or audiobook.
I have active.com's Couch to 5K. I never actually used it, though, so I can't say much about that one specifically. When I was doing C25K years ago, I did all the timed intervals on a treadmill and moved outside at the first 20 minute run.
I've been doing RunHelper's "Ease into 10K" recently and that is good. You can play your own music and still get the chimes for the run/walk changes. They might have a C25K version!
