Ewww! That's in very poor taste Nando's. I don't think I know her case well enough to say if she is guilty or not. I should know, every year since I've been here I think she's been in the news every 3 months. Was her family famous before she was jailed?
Another Aussie checking in who doesn't know enough about the case to comment. I was reading a magazine article about another women in the same situation who knows Schapelle from jail, and they were all mad that they didn't use these girls to catch the big drug lords. It made sense because jailing these dumb kids for a decade does absolutely nothing to stop the flow of drugs.
What a mess, and cautionary tale. WTH is she going to do with the rest of her life back in Oz?
WTH is she going to do with the rest of her life back in Oz?
Woah! From her Wikipedia page:
Under her parole conditions, Corby will not be able to leave Indonesia until July 2017.
Seriously WTF do they expect her to do there for 3+ years?!
Why would you want to have to deal with a non-Indonesia national in your parole system? I know nothing about this case. But deporting and banning her seems like the best way to end this. Weird.

Her sister lives there (is married to a local) and owns a swimwear company so she's living with them and designing swimsuits they say. I am watching the made for TV movie now, but from what I know her family did have a history of drug snuggling, so either she knew, they slipped it in, or customs there planted it in her bag

This is what I found online: Jul 4, 2008 - Claims Schapelle Corby's father involved in drugs ... Corby's father had become well known in Mackay as the local marijuana dealer, something which caused tensions in his family
So he totally could have planted it in her bag......

Well the show implied that her father put it in her bag, but she may have been aware it was there, and she covered for him because whether she was aware or not that it was there, she knew it was him who planted it, but he had cancer and needed treatment so she covered for him ....
If her dad was ill he should have covered for her whether he did it or not.
Even if he wasn't ill, as a known drug dealer he should've!
On the other hand, that'd probably be a one-way ticket to an Indonesian firing squad for him. A pretty 20-something with no criminal history is easier to not execute.
