I'm just under five weeks out from my third HM and I haven't run in two weeks! I've been really sick with the flu and have absolutely no energy to get out there. I tried a 3.5 mile last week and it had me exhausted the rest of the day and I think might have set me back from my recovery. I've given up on PRing but would still like to finish the race in a decent time.
I'm itching to get out there asap but not sure how to do my miles. I was thinking of keeping them low (3-4) and then long runs at 7,8,9,10. Any suggestions or tips? Thanks ladies!
