First - two i? Seriously? I digress.
I was in denial for several weeks. However, I just can't anymore. I have developed plantar faciitus in my left foot. FML! I just got the right leg fixed and now I get this on the left side. Oy!
Anyway, I have been rolling my foot on a frozen water bottle. using the foot rubz like it's no one's busines AND I just order something to sleep in which will be delivered tonight.
Doc said it was from tight calves (as said above). I've been icing my foot, not stretching my calf as much as I should (will get on that). And also - am trying to do strength training in my hip area - which I've been told has contributed to this (and also to my post tibial tendonitis).
The two times I have started to have even a hint of this, it has been from tight calves. Move north in your stretching & rolling.

No problem! It's mainly just because you're awesome, but I've also thought, "The next time I get hurt, it is going to be so nice to have her around!" LOL! Hopefully it will be a long time before I have to bug you with a million questions.

Stupid hips. I bet wearing the calf sleeves due to my shin splint(s) has contributed too. Dr. Joe isn't going to be pleased with me tomorrow. I fear a lecture is in my future...

Oh man sorry girl. I know you said they were hurting at the last race. I was hoping for your sake it would heal. Ugh PF hurts like a bitch ice, rest and stretching has helped me. Plus correct shoes. Check your shoes too. Mine weren't fitting well and causing me to run outta form which threw everything off. Ugh lol damn running. It's a love/hate relationship, eh? Hope it heals quickly for you!
