Coconut Milk and 100% Cacao/Cocoa (like unsweetened baker's chocolate) mixed and cooked on the stove is a good sub for packaged hot cocoa - got me through the holiday season. I may or may not have added peppermint bark vodka to mine, though...
I mean, I think we all know alcohol is not conducive to dieting and healthy living and all that jazz, but you gotta have a little fun especially on a snow day, right?
