I feel like Week 1 is pretty easy...how much harder does each week get?

Um, you'll break a sweat, I definitely get what I put into it. But I found the first a little challenging, so it sounds like it may be easier for you.

Probably not! I think Week 1 just seems "easy" because this is like my third JM DVD and I know how hard her workouts can be. So I'm slightly nervous, haha!
I own it but don't do it within the 30 day time frame- initially I was doing it 3 days/week, but now with running I may do it 1x a week. Even at 3 times a week I noticed a huge difference in my core and bicep definition, but I was pretty much a complete marshmallow beforehand, so not sure if someone already in decent shape would get the same results. I really like the workouts- I don't get bored with them.

This is awesome to hear! I am in "okay" shape, but have done very little lifting in the past year, so hopefully I will see some results!

I think it's week 2 that seems to really really work my abs - they hurt for days after, and I find week 3 to be a tough leg workout. I'm meh on weeks 1 and 4. I've never done it for 30 days, just here and there, but it definitely can be a challenge.
