First of all, GOOD LUCK!! I love UA, and it sounds like a great opportunity.
I would definitely go with the old UA shirt, saying you've been a fan for a long time. It would set you apart, versus the new UA or non UA shirt, which anyone could run out and buy.
Eee! I vote old school, and that we strategically place a pic of Fatbaby in baby UA gear where they can see it, because who wouldn't love that and then they'd want to hire you so they can see more Fatbaby.
Id wear a suit, no athletic wear. But im like that with interviews.
Also, your sig picture cracks me up
Suits are very much frowned upon.
Oh interesting. I feel like if you go out and get something new, they might know its newmand that you just bought it for,the interview, kwim? But definitely something branded - logo visible.
I have a UA zip up that id probaly wear, over a plain shirt (UA) or not, and whatever they wont see your bottoms lol
Thats super cool, i love UA, they make my favorite stuff! Good luck!
I would wear the old one but with a jacket of some sort over it to make it 'interview' standard for me. Probably khakis or dark jeans with running shoes or flats.
I don't know what you should wear but will you be in baltimore? It's an awesome company to work for with lots of free perks. Baltimore is "my city" too so if you're here we should hang out!
Suits being frowned upon for an interview does not compute. Like, at all. For any interview.
I'm sort of here with this. I don't know that I would feel comfortable in anything other than business attire in an interview, even if I thought they might be ok with other things.
I also haven't worn a business suit since I was 9 months pregnant (not cute, ftr), I wear leggings as pants sometimes, and I don't know how to tie a scarf properly, so take my advice with a grain of salt.

Are you 100% sure?
100% sure. I know a bunch of people who work there, plus I read an interview from the director of HR where she said, "We don’t get upset if someone wears a suit or tie or dress in their first visit. But by your second interview, we’re also looking to see how relaxed you are in our environment. We want people to be comfortable in our culture."
hannahb not in Baltimore yet. I lived there a few years back, and my parents are in Hoco, so I do know that I love Baltimore City (though not the crime). I have really mixed feelings about going back. In the last year we were there, both of our cars were broken into, my H was jumped downtown (and his nose was broken), my bike was stolen in Canton, and H walked through the scene of a quadruple shooting on Mt. Royal before the police arrived. Those memories are hard to shake.

Well in that case, it doesn't sound like you can go wrong in any of your proposed options. Stick with something you already have. . Good luck!
What about wearing and old school shirt with a newer jacket or something? Shows that you've supported them for a long time and continue to do so. OR maybe I'm completely over thinking it. Regardless, GL!

There are plenty of fields out there where wearing a suit on an interview would not score you any points and could potentially go against you. After working in archaeology for years, there is no way in the world I would wear a suit on an interview. I worked for one company that would check out the shoes of anyone they were interviewing, anything dressy and they would pass on you.
I like the idea of a UA polo or go old school UA. Good luck!
