I know some of you take glucosamine/chondroitin for joint health. My knees get achy when I increase mileage and since I'll be doing a lot of that I thought I would give it a try. Any suggestions on brand? Did anyone try it and it did nothing?

I didn't notice it helping (I thought) but when I stopped I noticed my knees had gotten really crunchy again. So it helped, just not in this amazing world changing way (does that make sense?)

I took Nature Made Triple Flex with Vitamin D3
Agreed. It's not a miracle cure but it does help.
Also, sometimes you are just achy. It's a normal part of conditioning your body.
I just use a generic that contains Vit D. I definitely think it helps enough to continue taking. I could tell a difference while recovering from my injuries when I took it versus not taking it.
I use the Costco brand. I think it's really helped! I didn't bother bringing it on our month long trip, and I definitely could tell a difference by the end.
